364 Separated ImageMagick preview function. This will now render all preview sizes (unless thumbonly or previewonly are set) whenever ImageMagick is used (i.e. for all image formats IM supports)! If the preview size is larger than the source, the source's size will be rendered. Optimized preview size generation (reads source file once and creates all sizes from memory in one call) - this depends on ImageMagick (GraphicsMagick won't work for lack of -clone option). Updated view to show preview sizes for non-JPEG/GIF/PNG image formats. Added download source option to collection_download.
